Jake Jacobs
Jake Jacobs has been developing, marketing and managing Real Estate Investment Properties for more than 30 years. His extensive business experience, knowledge of investment properties and absolute integrity sets him apart. Jake, a Viet Nam veteran fighter pilot, began his real estate career in the early 70's. He owned and managed a major regional real estate brokerage, development and construction company for over 20 years. But now, prefers to work with exclusively offered Colorado Mountain and South Carolina properties. Jakes experience includes PUD's, commercial office parks, shopping centers, recreation and racquet clubs, restaurants, upscale residential, multi-family and large land tracts. Jake has been married to Wendy for over 40 years and they have two sons, Marc and Clay.

The Colorado Experience
Years before moving to Colorado, the Jacobs Family would vacation there and partake in all that "God's Country" had to offer. After seeing the unique potential of this area, Jake began developing several real estate projects which are now available. The South Carolina Experience
Introduced to South Carolina by son Clay and daughter-in-law Sabrina, an Equine Veterinarian, Jake saw unusual potential. The Aiken, South Carolina area embraces more equestrian disciplines and hosts more events than any other single location. The cultural mix, economy, equestrian, golf and retirement potential make this region unlike any other.
